Kyoto Love Insight provides instant digital content that is delivered immediately upon payment. Because of the immediate nature of this service:

  • All sales are final once the full reading is delivered to your browser
  • Refunds are not available for change of mind or dissatisfaction with content
  • The reading is generated specifically for your selected situation and cannot be "returned"

2. Why We Offer a Free Preview

To ensure you're comfortable with our Service before purchasing, we provide:

  • A free preview reading (3-4 paragraphs) at no cost
  • The ability to experience our tone, style, and approach before paying
  • Clear information about what the full reading includes

We encourage all users to carefully review the free preview to determine if the Service meets their expectations before purchasing the full reading.

3. Exceptions: Technical Issues

Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:

3.1 Payment Processed but Reading Not Delivered

  • If you were charged but did not receive your full reading due to a technical error
  • If the reading page failed to load after successful payment

3.2 Duplicate Charges

  • If you were charged multiple times for the same reading due to a system error

3.3 Unauthorized Charges

  • If a charge was made without your authorization

4. How to Request a Refund for Technical Issues

If you experienced a technical issue that prevented you from receiving your reading, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase:

  • Transaction ID or receipt from Stripe
  • Description of the technical issue
  • Screenshots if available

5. Refund Processing Time

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank

6. What Is NOT Eligible for Refund

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Dissatisfaction with the content or insights provided
  • Change of mind after receiving the full reading
  • Disagreement with the AI-generated content
  • Expectation of specific outcomes or predictions (our Service does not provide predictions)
  • Requests made more than 24 hours after purchase
  • Requests for readings that were successfully delivered

7. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company:

  • Please contact us first at support@kyotoloveinsight.com to resolve the issue
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent ban from the Service
  • We will provide transaction records to your payment provider if a dispute is filed

8. Service Modifications or Discontinuation

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. In the event of permanent service discontinuation:

  • No refunds will be provided for previously delivered readings
  • Users will be notified in advance when possible

9. Price Changes

If we change our pricing:

  • The price you paid at the time of purchase remains valid for that transaction
  • No refunds or credits will be issued due to price reductions
